If you are not entirely happy and satisfied with your purchased from us, we are here to help.


You have 7 days to return the item to us from the date you received it, providing the goods are in original resalable condition.

Your item must have proof of order id or proof of purchased (eg. Bank Transfer, PayPal, iPay88 receipt, Atome or email).


Once we receive you returned item, we will inspect and notify you the status of your returned item.

If your returned item is approved, we will initiate a refund through your original method of payment transfer. You will receive the refund payment within certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We are not able to refund an item that appears to have been worn, washed, broken, or not in original condition.


Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of the original postage and shipping charges. Delivery cost are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return postage and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
